Clear questions.
Complete answers.
Is Palfu live today?
This site is an English-first product preview. It does not accept device orders, card applications, deposits or live trades. Official availability will be published on palfu.com.
Which device should I choose?
Orbit One is the balanced starting point, Orbit Touch offers more on-screen context, Orbit Key prioritises portability, Orbit Slate uses a card format, Orbit Air is designed for QR-first workflows, and Orbit Vault targets deeper or shared review.
Will Palfu ever ask for my seed phrase?
No. Do not type, upload, photograph or send recovery words or private keys to a website, support agent, trading flow or card service.
Are leveraged markets available to everyone?
No. Access depends on product eligibility, knowledge checks and local law. Leverage can cause rapid losses and liquidation.
Is the Palfu Card the same as Orbit Slate?
No. Orbit Slate is a self-custody electronic wallet-card concept. Palfu Card is a separate paired payment-card product for eligible account holders.
Where are prices and fees?
Final device prices, trading fees, card fees, conversion costs and limits are not yet published. They must be shown before any order, trade or card activation.
How do I report a security issue?
Use only the vulnerability-reporting route published on the Palfu contact page once it is live. Do not include real recovery words, private keys or customer funds in a report.
How do I know a message is official?
Treat an instruction as official only when the same information appears on palfu.com. Ignore urgent direct messages, secret requests and unsolicited payment instructions.
